ABSTRACT:
More than 97% of all documents a company typically receives or creates are in electronic format, and even 70% of all paper documents are copies of electronic documents. Traditional paper-based paradigms for retaining, classifying and deleting electronic documents often are ineffective or flat-out don't work. This leads many companies to either attempt to delete email after 30 days (which only drives "underground archiving"), or allows their employees to "save everything forever" which is equally risky. This webcast will discuss how organizations can address these challenges, along with real-world, practical strategies so companies can control this electronic information and achieve compliance.
